Yes, you can make a reservation at the Café by Oberweis – Panoramic Restaurant by calling (+352) 2464 7412. However, reservations are not available at the Comptoir du Bon Pays, as it operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

faq: Do the restaurants offer take-out or delivery?

The Comptoir du Bon Pays does not offer delivery, but take-out is available. We recommend checking with the restaurant regarding take-out options and availability before placing your order during your visit.

faq: Is there public transportation near the hotel?

Yes, there are bus stops near the hotel that connect to the city center and other locations in Luxembourg. Additionally, the tram station is located directly at the airport terminal. Starting in March 2025, the tram service will also be available. Public transport in Luxembourg is free of charge.

faq: Can I park my car at the hotel?

The hotel does not have its own parking, but you can use the Airport Parking A/B or C. For pre-booking your parking space, please visit www.airportparking.lu.

faq: Is there any public transport connected to the Skypark Business Center?

Yes, there are bus stops directly in front of the building, and the tram station, which will be inservice from March 2025, is also very close. No, there is no smoking area after security, and smoking is prohibited inside the terminal building.Designated smoking areas are available outside the terminal, in front of the building. Please note thatonce you’ve passed through security, you cannot return to the smoking area.

Items such as marzipan, foie gras, snow globes, sausages, soft cheese, pâté, cakes with cream, andmodelling clay are prohibited in hand luggage due to security and safety regulations. faq: What rights do I have as a passenger if my flight is cancelled or delayed?

Under EU regulations, air passengers can be entitled to re-routing or a refund of their ticket in the event of a flight cancellation. In some cases passengers can also claim compensation. You can only access via the right main entrance at the side of Starbucks. The other door will be used as an exit. Please follow the direction signs at the airport and keep your distance from other passengers.

We cannot exclude that there are deviations of arriving flights if your flight has departed with a delay and risks not being in time before 23H00 arriving at Luxembourg airport. This should however be exceptional. Please check here if a flight is diverted to another airport.

The short term parking C is located  at the entrance of the terminal and is reserved exclusively for short-term parking. It is ideally suitable for people who come to pick up or drop off passengers. The first 15 minutes of parking are free.

The car parks are not under surveillance at all times. The car parks are laid out especially so that airport customers can park under optimal conditions of security. We must point out, however, that lux-Airport cannot be held liable in case of theft, vandalism or any other act that could cause damage to other cars.
