Process for Obtaining the lux-Airport Identification Badge
Registration on the « lux-Airport Academy” e-learning platform is strictly reserved for lux-Airport clients. Hereinafter referred to as “client”.
Access to the “lux-Airport Academy” e-learning platform is carried out by the clients’ legal representatives (or by any person duly authorized by them) via the link available on the lux-Airport corporate website, after entering the required information. Account creation is not available to individuals.
Once the account has been created, an automatic notification will be sent to lux-Airport. Access codes must then be obtained to enable the purchase of training tokens online.
These codes will be sent by email after the account has been validated by the lux-Airport Security Department.
Each client is required to create only one account per entity.
Once the account is created, the client may if necessary, assign rights via the system to their own managers.
The client must create a list in the system of the personnel who must attend the training.
- 1. Selection of the training modules by the Client and addition to the cart ;
- 2. Online payment or bank transfer (only for a minimum amount of €1,000) after acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the related policies, and other mandatory documents.
- 3. Issuance of the purchase confirmation receipt
The Client, together with its legal representative, must ensure that any employee designated to complete an online training course meets all necessary prerequisites, including, but not limited to, any diploma, certificate, or official document required under applicable regulations.
Before any token is assigned for participation in the SATP online training, the Client and its legal representative certify that the background check for the relevant personnel has been successfully completed and that a positive response from the competent authorities, including the Grand Ducal Police, has been obtained.
They guarantee that all verifications have been conducted with rigor, diligence, and in strict compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
The Client remains solely responsible, together with its legal representative, for the allocation and use of training tokens by its personnel.
lux-Airport reserves the right to take any appropriate administrative measures or legal actions, including the suspension of access rights to the platform, in the event of fraud, detected irregularities, or any other violation of the applicable rules.
For the training to be validated, the trainee must pass the corresponding exam within the authorized number of attempts.
The online trainee must personally complete the exam without any external assistance. In the event of non-compliance or suspected irregularities, the results will be declared invalid. No refund will be granted to the Client in such cases.
Important: the trainee must respect the confidentiality of all information, content, and materials made available during the training. All documents, modules, procedures, or data accessed are strictly confidential and intended solely for personal use within the scope of the training.
The trainee is strictly prohibited from copying, disclosing, sharing, distributing, or reproducing, in whole or in part, any confidential information without the prior written consent of lux-Airport.
Furthermore, the trainee must ensure that the training is completed in a secure environment, not open to the public or subject to the presence of unauthorized individuals who may view the content.
The trainee must take all necessary measures to preserve the confidentiality of the training materials throughout the session.
Any breach of these obligations may lead lux-Airport to take any appropriate administrative measures and/or initiate legal action.
FAQ
No formal confirmation will be sent. However, your exam result – pass or fail – will be displayed immediately upon completion within the Learning Management System.
It is recommended to complete all e-learning modules in one go. While you may take short breaks between modules, please note that once you start the exam, it must be completed in a single session – it cannot be paused or resumed later.
Tokens are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Once assigned to a user, a token remains valid for three (3) months.
