Alexander Flassak
Chief Executive Officer
Alexander Flassak joined lux-Airport in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Real Estate Development. Prior to this role, Alexander worked with Ernst & Young for nine years, in Frankfurt and Luxembourg. He holds four university degrees and took over a stand-in professorship in 2012 for Finance in Mainz, Germany. He has written textbooks in the field of claim and risk management and was awarded ‘CFO of the Year’ in 2016. Alexander Flassak serves as President of the Board of Airport-Energy, a 50% subsidiary of lux-Airport.

David Konsbruck
Chief Administrative Officer
David Konsbruck joined lux-Airport in June 2006 as Manager of Administration & Finance before being appointed Chief Financial Officer at the end of 2006. Prior to this role, he worked for an engineering consultancy company for nine years.
He built up and structured the financial department and played an active role in the development and opening of Terminal A at Luxembourg Airport in May 2008. In 2015, he was appointed Chief Administrative Officer with the field of responsibilities including administration, procurement, human resources and infrastructure revenues.
In 2026, his responsibilities expanded to include the Commercial department as well as the Real Estate Development.

Daniel Conrardy
Chief Security Officer
Daniel Conrardy joined lux-Airport as one of the first employees in February 2004. As Head of Airport Security, he was responsible for establishing the airport security plan and build up the security department. Furthermore, he is responsible for the implementation of all security measures at Luxembourg Airport.
In May 2021, Daniel Conrardy was appointed Security Director, and in December 2024, nominated as Chief Security Officer. His field of responsibilities includes security operations, development and training.

Serge Streitz
Chief Real Estate and Infrastructure Officer
Serge Streitz graduated in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen. He began his career at Paul Wurth, before joining lux-Airport as Technical Manager, where he was involved in the airport’s early development.
Afterwards, he spent several years as Chief Technical Officer of company specialized in energy contracting solutions for urban heating and cooling and later as Director of the tertiary department and member of the management committee for a company specialized in large scale electrical installations for buildings and industry.
In September 2025, he returned to lux-Airport as Chief Real Estate and Infrastructure Officer. His responsibilities include overseeing infrastructure, real estate development and technical investments to support the airport’s continued growth.

Lorenzo Di Loreto
Chief Operating Officer
Lorenzo Di Loreto joined LUX Airport as Chief Operating Officer in January 2026.
Prior to this role, he served as Managing Director at Munich Airport International, where he led the transformation of the business into a global multi-airport operator and oversaw concession, management, and consulting projects worldwide.
His career includes corporate development and operations roles with Vision Invest, Samsung C&T, Airbus, Royal Air Maroc, and Air France. He holds an Aerospace MBA from Toulouse Business School, along with postgraduate degrees in marketing and business administration.
