Process for Obtaining the lux-Airport Identification Badge
Registration on the « lux-Airport Academy » e-learning platform is strictly reserved for lux-Airport Clients, hereinafter referred to as the « Client ». Each Client must create a single account for their entity. Account creation is not open to private individuals.
Access to the « lux-Airport Academy » e-learning platform is carried out by the Client’s legal representative (or by any person duly authorized by them) via the link available on the lux-Airport corporate website, after entering the required information.
Once the account creation request has been submitted, an automatic notification is sent to lux-Airport.
Validation of the account is subject to the prior approval of the lux-Airport Security Department. This account is strictly reserved for the exclusive use of the Client’s entity and may under no circumstances be transferred, shared, or used on behalf of another natural or legal person. Once the account is validated, the Client may, where applicable, assign rights within the system to their own administrators.
Validation is completed within a few days, after which the Client will automatically gain access to the platform to purchase credits, without needing to contact support or lux-Airport.
Important: Clients declare that they have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale available on the platform prior to creating an account and/or making any purchase or order.
The Client must create in the system the list of employees who are required to follow a training course.
When entering the list of personnel into the system, it is essential to ensure that all personal information is entered accurately and that the spelling of each field (name, first name, date of birth, etc.) is carefully checked.
The information must strictly match the data shown on the employee’s official identity documents, excluding any other form of information (such as nicknames or abbreviations).
In case of error, training certificates that do not accurately reflect the employee’s personal details will not be accepted.
A new training credit will therefore need to be purchased, and the training completed again.
Each client is required to create only one account per entity.
Once the account is created, the client may if necessary, assign rights via the system to their own managers.
Once the account validation has been approved by the lux-Airport Security Department, the Client may select the desired training course(s) and add them to their cart.
The Client then proceeds with the purchase of credit(s) for paid training courses, in accordance with the terms set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
For free training courses, the process remains the same, with the training price set to zero.
- Selection of training courses by the Client and addition to the cart.
- For paid training courses, payment may be made online or by bank transfer for a minimum amount of €1,000, and only after acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the associated policies, and any other mandatory documents.
- Issuance of a purchase confirmation receipt.
The Client and its legal representative must ensure that every employee designated to follow an online course meets all required prerequisites, including, without limitation, any diploma, certificate, or official document required under the applicable regulations.
Before assigning any training credit for an online SATP course, the Client and its legal representative certify that the background check of the employee concerned has been successfully completed and that a positive response has been obtained from the competent authorities, particularly the Grand-Ducal Police.
They guarantee that all verifications have been carried out thoroughly, diligently, and in strict compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
The Client remains solely responsible, together with its legal representative, for the allocation and use of credits by its personnel.
lux-Airport reserves the right to take any appropriate administrative measure, including suspension of access rights to the platform, in the event of fraud, irregularity, or any violation of applicable rules.
To validate a training, the trainee must successfully pass the corresponding exam within the authorized number of attempts and under the defined conditions.
The trainee must personally complete the exam without any external assistance.
In case of non-compliance or suspicion of irregularity, exam results will be declared invalid. No refund will be granted to the Client in such cases.
Important: The trainee must respect the confidentiality of all information, content, and materials provided during the training.
All documents, modules, procedures, and data accessed are strictly confidential and intended exclusively for personal use within the context of the training.
The trainee is strictly prohibited from copying, disclosing, sharing, distributing, or reproducing any confidential information, in full or in part, without prior written approval from lux-Airport.
Furthermore, the trainee must follow the training in a secure environment, not open to the public, and without the presence of unauthorized persons who could access the content.
The trainee must take all necessary steps to preserve the confidentiality of the training materials throughout the session.
Any breach of these obligations may result in appropriate administrative measures by lux-Airport and/or legal action.
FAQ
No formal confirmation will be sent. However, your exam result – pass or fail – will be displayed immediately upon completion within the Learning Management System.
It is recommended to complete all e-learning modules in one go. While you may take short breaks between modules, please note that once you start the exam, it must be completed in a single session – it cannot be paused or resumed later.
Credits are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Once assigned to a user, a credit remains valid for three (3) months.
