What is the Security Culture?
The Security Culture will detail a set of norms, beliefs, values, attitudes and assumptions inherent in the daily operation of our airport.
The application of this Culture will be reflected in the actions and behaviors of all lux-Airport staff and the airport community.
The implementation of a Security Culture is required for all European airports, in order to meet various national and European standards.
This aligns with our security policy attached: SOPO SEC 001:
- Contribute to the creation of a security culture within lux-Airport through communication.
- Promote a “just culture” which creates an environment that allows staff to report threats, risks, incidents and security concerns without the threat of censure, disciplinary action or subsequent loss of employment, except in case of gross negligence or deliberate non-compliance with procedures.
Confidentiality Commitment
You may submit the form anonymously. However, if you wish to provide your name, please note that this information will only be used by the Security Department for the proper understanding of the event and the implementation of actions (if applicable).
It is important that all users report any security culture occurrence that could compromise the smooth running of security at Luxembourg Airport. This ensures the highest level of security and contributes to the continuous improvement of the Security Management System.
It is for this purpose that lux-Airport has developed this means of collecting events that jeopardise airport security. The security policy of lux-Airport allows any person wishing to do so, including staff working at the airport, to complete this form without any fear of punishment or disclosure of your identity.
