By booking a space online, you are guaranteed a space on entry thanks to automatic number plate recognition or by scanning the QR code on your confirmation.

However, once an exit from the car park has been recorded, the booking is considered to have been used and closed. The QR code or number plate can then no longer be used for a new entry, and the booking cannot be reactivated.
