Please find below the general conditions for obtaining a vehicle authorisation.
Application or renewal of a Vehicle Authorisation request (Laissez-Passer Véhicules – L.P.V.)
You may apply for an airside vehicle access authorisation for professional purposes only, for a specific and clearly defined use airside, and duly justified in the SOF.OPS-A.008 application form.
The applicant must be a company or entity based at Luxembourg Airport, or a non-based company/entity that operates frequently airside on behalf of a company or entity established at the airport.
Below, you will find the vehicle authorisation application form, together with its explanatory notice detailing how to complete it accurately.
Once downloaded, completed and saved, please submit your application, together with the required supporting documents, to:
lux-Airport will process your request.
Any incomplete or unjustified application will be rejected and returned to the applicant.
Once your application has been approved, you will be informed accordingly. You will then be invited to contact the lux-Airport access badge office to schedule an appointment to collect your L.P.V.
