Do you need some assistance?

To help you with the best preparations for your journey, here is some essential information.

Make your condition known when you make your reservation

In order to benefit from an adapted assistance, we kindly ask you to inform your airline or tour operator by booking your journey and at least 48 hours before departure. The airline will inform the airport.

Accessing the airport 

Dropped off by car: 4 parking stands are at your disposal on the car park C « Kiss & Fly ». 

Parking your car in the underground car park: the underground car park offers a direct access to the terminal building. 40 parking stands are reserved at level -1 in order to limit movements. You should only use them with a disabled driver's card. 

Arriving by bus or taxi: you can take a taxi, use public bus 16 or call the specialized carrier Rollibus (+352 47 96 28 88) 

Announce your presence 

You will be able to announce your presence by using one of the dedicated assistance points situated outside the terminal building: 

  • at the assistance office when using the underground car park (level -1)
  • at one of the two dedicated call points situated in front of the terminal building when arriving by taxi, bus or when dropped off at car park C « Kiss & Fly »

In the terminal building 

Inside the terminal, we have taken care to provide you with the accommodation to facilitate your movements. Thus, automatic entrance doors are wide enough for wheelchair passage and thanks to the panoramic elevators, which are very spacious, you can access easily to all levels. The terminal is also equipped with specially designed toilets for you.
